SaaS

A software distribution model in which applications are hosted by a service provider and made available over the internet.

SaaS (Software as a Service) is a software distribution model in which a third-party provider hosts applications and makes them available to customers over the internet. Examples of SaaS applications include Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Dropbox. This model eliminates the need for organizations to install and run applications on their own computers or data centers.
