Engagement Rate

A metric that measures the level of interaction that content receives from an audience.

Engagement Rate is a metric used to measure the level of interaction that content (such as social media posts, blog articles, or advertisements) receives from its audience. It is calculated by dividing the total number of engagements (likes, comments, shares) by the total number of followers or views, then multiplying by 100 to get a percentage.

For example, a high engagement rate on a Facebook post indicates that the content resonates well with the audience.
